Sometimes you don’t even have to leave the hotel on a dinosaur trip to see something great! I don’t know how the Best Western in Lakewood got permission from corporate to dino-theme their hotel, but it looks fantastic! The entire lobby and front lounge is covered with skeletal casts, which gives you the feeling that you’re relaxing in a prehistoric hunting lodge. The finest piece of their collection is a large replica of the Stegosaurus fossil from the Geological Museum in Laramie, Wyoming. I’d like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the workers of the hotel (who happened to be Game Grumps and NSP fans) for kindly allowing me to take a couple of pictures behind the front desk. They are the best!!
