While I was driving on a trip through Utah I was surprised to see an amazing field full of life-sized dinosaur statues along highway 191.  Needless to say I changed my plans, pulled a U-turn and checked it out.  Turns out the place is a huge open-air museum called “Moab Giants,” which allows you to take a walk through time and see extremely realistic dinosaur replicas as they would have appeared in their native habitat.  It’s a beautiful sight to see, especially since there is so much wide open space in Utah.  You can really get lost in thinking about how giant reptiles looked roaming a landscape that has remained mostly unchanged for millions of years.  I loved seeing these Stegosaurs walking naturally along the high desert.  They seem like they would have been fun to hang out with!
